Concession stand run by Not Your Momma’s Kitchen. They offer a full menu of food and drink items (alcohol not for sale)
You are welcome to bring your own food and drinks. No glass bottles or containers permitted. Alcoholic beverages are permitted to be consumed in the general admission grandstand area only.
Designated seating area for those spectators consuming alcoholic beverages
Limited handicap parking and seating available

When possible, during intermission we open the pit area for fans to meet the drivers/teams and get a closer view of the race cars
Novelty stand run by Reach for the Stars Designs.
Pets are not permitted in the grandstand area. Pets are strongly discouraged in the pits but if you feel you must bring your pet, your pet must be leashed and stay in your pit area at all times.
Credit/Debit cards are not accepted
Rain out policy - when we cannot complete an event after the gates have opened for ticket sales:
If the heat races have not been completed, rain checks (which are your wristbands) will be good for the one of the next two scheduled regular shows (not good for open shows, i.e. No Wing Spring Fling, Sunday Funday, 600 Speedweek, Labor Day). No refunds will be issued.
If the heat races have been completed, the remainder of the racing events will be postponed and run as part of future race events. No refunds will be given and rain checks/wristbands cannot be used as admission to future race events

CAR REGISTRATION FOR 2024
Each member driver in each class they compete in must have a representative attend a work party or pay the work party waiver fee. There will be several scheduled work parties. The dates and times will be posted on this site when they are established. The work party waiver fee is $50.00 if paid by 3/11/2024. If paid after 3/11/2024 the fee is $60.00. The work party waiver fee can be paid when the driver submits their membership application.
Car Number Fee - $5/car/class/year – Once purchased, the car number remains with the owner until the March Membership Meeting of the following year. After the March Membership Meeting, all car numbers not renewed will become available for anyone to purchase. Contact the membership committee at lancomembership@gmail.com for car number availability. The car number fee can be paid when the car owner submits their membership application.
New for 2024, only the Driver must be a member to receive points and member car entry fee rate.
A member driver may compete in a class they are not registered in, but they compete as non-members and pay non-member car entry fee

MISC COMPETITOR INFORMATION
Our local township has requested that race trailers enter our facility from the east from Hopeland Road to Sunnyside Road. Race teams that take 501 North should go past Spring Haven Road about 2 miles to Heidelberg Avenue (Route 419/897). Turn right on Heidelberg Avenue and go 3 miles and turn right on Hopeland Road. Go 1 mile and turn right on Sunnyside Road. This route is 5 miles longer and takes about 7 minutes longer.

You must be 12 years of age or older to race in the Off Road Motorsports & Cycle Sales 125cc/4 Stroke class and 14 years of age or older to race in the Hyper Racing Winged 600cc, Hyper Racing Wingless 600cc, Border Magic 270cc 2 Stroke and Skeet Craft Collision Sportsman classes. 12 and 13 year old’s can compete in the Hyper Racing Winged 600cc, Hyper Racing Wingless 600cc, Border Magic 270 or Skeet Craft Collision Sportsman class with approval from the Board of Directors. An original birth certificate must be shown when signing into race.
All individuals planning on using personal off-road vehicles, such as four wheelers, golf carts, etc, will need to provide proof that they carry liability insurance in order to obtain permission to use the off-road vehicle on Lanco grounds. ATV Liability Form
MEDIA CREDENTIALS
All media members must be credentialed in advance.
Regular shows require three days advance notice of request. Special events must be credentialed 14 days in advance.
