Yes, you read that right- KKM Challenge race- right here in Pennsylvania at the Clyde- the ONLY track in the Northeast to host a KKM Challenge Race.

KKM Challenge Registrations Open for Clyde-Martin Memorial Speedway

Belleville, IL. (3/16/24) Expanding east in 2024 while welcoming in a fresh demographic of driving talents, Clyde-Martin Memorial Speedway, in conjunction with Kieth Kunz Motorsports and POWRi Racing, will witness top talents in a trio of open-wheel divisions visit the speedy one-eighth-mile oval for the third yearly installment of the KKM Challenge on May 29-June 1.

Entries for the Clyde-Martin Memorial portion of the Keith Kunz Motorsports Challenge featuring the POWRi Non-Wing Outlaw Micro, U6SA Wing Micro, and POWRi Jr Sprint are each available online at https://www.myracepass.com/series/1572/registrations/8874.

Clyde-Martin Memorial Speedway also known as Clyde, working in connection with Kieth Kunz Motorsports and POWRi Racing, will host the Third KKM Challenge of 2024 on May 29-June 1, featuring practice on Wednesday, May 29th followed by split-field Qualifying Races on Thursday, May 30th, and Friday, May 31st ultimately culminating in the $10,000-to-win main event on Saturday, June 1st for the POWRi Non-Wing Outlaw Micro League as well as the support divisions of US6A Wing Micros and POWRi Jr. Sprint classes running a full program each event night.

 Winners of the $10K-to-win finale events at each of the KKM Challenge Races will receive automatic entry into the “Challenge Champions Dash” at the KKM Giveback Classic at Port City Raceway on October 19th, with that winner earning automatic entry into the King of Port pole-shuffle and prized starting position in the Non-Wing Outlaw feature event for the KKM Giveback Classic.

Boasting over a $43K seasonal point fund for competitors, the KKM Challenge Events will see points champions crowned in Non-Wing Outlaw, Restrictor, and Jr Sprints after the final event of the year with a full divisional breakdown found online at http://www.powri.com/downloads/get.aspx?i=904276.

Camping Information

Overnight camping is permitted at our facility. There are no hookups and no fee to camp for this event. Please setup your campsite along the tree line or either side of the creek. If you are setup at other locations than those we will ask you to move your campsite.
